| Application | This DNA standard is to extract and purify the nucleic acid of enteric invasive Escherichia coli (EIEC) after heat inactivation treatment. The absolute determination of the concentration of nucleic acid is determined by digital PCR, and then the nucleic acid solution is diluted to the required concentration with TE buffer solution. This standard is not contagious and has no biosafety risk. It is suitable for nucleic acid detection, specific analysis and other nucleic acid related studies of intestinal invasive Escherichia coli (EIEC). It cannot be used for clinical diagnosis of diseases. |
