| Application | This reference belongs to heat-inactivated Escherichia coli bacteriophage T7. Phage is collected by culturing Escherichia coli host bacteria and inoculating bacteriophage T7. The collected phage titer and lysis efficiency were determined, and double-layer agar was used for counting. The heat-inactivated reference has no infection and pathogenic ability, but retains the complete genetic material of the virus particles. Mainly used for quality control substances and positive controls in related nucleic acid detection processes. |
