1.Weiye Public Welfare Activities - Changzhuyuan Poverty Alleviation

Last Saturday, I was fortunate to participate in the public welfare activity held by the company - sending warmth to the poor and needy households in Changzhuyuan. Walking into this simple village, we visited grandma He Zhengping. Grandma lives alone. The house is a little dark. There is a strong temperature difference between the dark and cold interior and the sunny outside. Grandma came out clean. When we sent the same materials prepared by the company for her into her house, when our general manager Zhou and Secretary Cheng brought them to greet her in person, grandma greeted her with both hands. She didn't have time to say a word, and her eyes were full of tears. Usually grandma is alone, but suddenly a group of people came. In this winter, the company leaders and all the friends not only hope to help these elderly people materially, but also hope to bring this warmth into their hearts.

I was also impressed by a deaf-mute old grandmother. Her children are not around. Her nephew usually takes care of her. She lives in a remote area and has no neighbors. Although her grandmother can't speak, she can't hear others. But grandma kept "saying" something. She probably had a lot to say and wanted to express her gratitude. I don't know why, but I felt a deep-seated loneliness, without anyone to accompany me, and I couldn't express myself. Fortunately, my grandma has a lovely dog, which should bring some joy and comfort to the elderly.

The company does public welfare activities every year, such a positive and meaningful thing, with such a leader with great love, as a member of the company is once again proud and proud from the heart. I am very grateful to Weiye for providing such a platform. At the same time, I also have a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture - family culture, which means not only the mutual help and love between the Weiye family and the family, but also through Weiye. The efforts of my family members will help the society to the best of their ability. This impression will be the driving force for me to work harder in Weiye.

Our caring donation team has been busy since seven o'clock in the morning. The caring team consisting of 17 people drove on the winding mountain road on time at eight o'clock. Accompanied by the staff of Changzhuyuan Township Government I visited impoverished households in several villages one after another, and the journey made me realize the importance of learning knowledge if you want to get out of the mountains or change the poverty phenomenon in the mountains, because knowledge can change everything, not blindly Generation after generation live this farming life facing the loess and back to the sky, so we should also emphasize the importance of knowledge when educating the present and the next generation. He lived in an adobe house that he remembered as a child, and the kitchen could not be powered due to a wiring problem, and he only used candles for lighting when it was dark. This situation made us very sympathetic. On behalf of the company, General Manager Zhou sent him our love material and red envelopes. I saw him, a big man, and his eyes were red with emotion. He repeatedly said thank you for the party's policies, thank the government for its help, thank us for the selfless donation of Weiye Measurement, and thank us all. The warm condolences. To be honest, I have only seen this scene on TV. When it really happened in front of me, there was an indescribable bitterness. We came to the company early and followed the team to Changzhuyuan to help the poor. We took a car and went all the way to Changzhuyuan Township. Under the leadership of the staff of Changzhuyuan Township and Township Government, we were driving on the winding mountain road. The truck carrying our company's logo fluttered in the wind, attracting others to watch. Our team was uniformly wearing red vests. We came to the poor households one by one to send our supplies and offered our love. Most of the poor households are elderly people who live alone. The most impressive is a deaf-mute grandmother whose nephew lives next to him. The life of the children is not very good. The old man lives alone like this. He lives in an earthen house. Apart from the bed, table and chairs, there are no other electrical appliances or decent furniture at home. We crowded in the dark and cold room of the old man. Mr. Zhou and Secretary Cheng gave the old man a big red envelope, as well as the rice, two bags of noodles, oil, and quilt that his colleagues brought to the old man, and looked at the old man with a smile on his face. she babbled her fingers, thanked us with folded hands, and we smiled back. We can't understand what he said, and she can't hear our concerns, but what I think we all understand is each other's smiles, a little love from us, and a warmth in the cold winter. It can be seen that the old man is very happy. We can't imagine what the normal life of the old man is like, and we can't imagine that there are people who are poorer than them. What we can do is to do our best to bring some warmth to the old man. This journey of poverty alleviation is very meaningful.
