Position: Marketing Operations Specialist (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

We are seeking two motivated and organized Marketing Operations Specialists to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Responsibilities:

1. Market Development: Develop new distributors and end-customers through online (email/phone) follow-ups and offline site visits; conduct customer due diligence to identify and select high-quality partners.

2. Customer Operations: Manage existing distributor channels; maintain regular contact regarding customer needs, order status, and after-sales issues; promptly handle inquiries, quotations, and clarifications; maintain accurate visit records and work logs to ensure stable customer relationships and minimize churn.

3. Market Research: Continuously monitor market regulations, entry standards, industry testing protocols, competitor pricing, logistics and customs clearance procedures, and certification requirements (e.g., ISO17034, ISO17025, NIST traceability) across Malaysia and Southeast Asia; regularly compile research summaries to inform strategic adjustments at headquarters.

4. Brand Promotion: Execute online social media and search engine marketing campaigns; manage offline activities including academic conferences, trade show setup and participation, customer invitations, collateral deployment, and brand publicity to enhance local brand visibility and market recognition.

5. Reporting: Strictly use official company accounts for customer interactions and adhere to operational standards; regularly report weekly and monthly performance data, development outcomes, challenges, and market trends to headquarters; promptly communicate urgent issues and risks.

We are a group consisting of two main companies. One is "Weiyel", an ISO 17034 certified producer of reference material. Another is BNCC ( BeNa Culture Collection ) for bank services of microbial culture ( bacteria, fungal, yeast etc) and cell lines.

Weiyel  has been an ISO 17034-certified producer and supplier of reference standards. We have developed more than 30,000 products, offerings cover pesticide residues, food testing, metal analysis, and other fields. 

BNCC is one of the main culture collections in China, maintaining more 100,000 strains of microorganisms and 4,000 cell lines which are widely used in sewage treatment, industrial fermentation, biopharmaceuticals, medical research, drug R&D, vaccine R&D, teaching and scientific research etc.
