Application	This DNA standard is obtained by extracting nucleic acid from Escherichia coli ATCC25922 after heat inactivation treatment, purifying nucleic acid, determining the absolute concentration of nucleic acid by digital PCR, and then diluting the nucleic acid solution to the required concentration with TE buffer. The standard is not infectious, no biosafety risk, and is suitable for ATCC25922 Escherichia coli nucleic acid detection, specific analysis, and other nucleic acid-related research. It cannot be used for clinical diagnosis.
