Subculturing	When using, add 1mL of bacterial endotoxin test water to dissolve, mix well on a vortex mixer for at least 15 minutes, and obtain 1mL,10EU/mL of endotoxin solution, and then dilute and prepare according to the required concentration. Each step of dilution operation should be mixed well on the mixer for 30 seconds.
