Subculture Liquid thioglycolate medium (English name: FT): casetone (trypsin hydrolysis) 15.0g, yeast extract 5.0g, glucose 5.0g, sodium thioglycolate 0.5g,L-cystine 0.5g, sodium chloride 2.5g, azure 0.001g, agar 0.75g, distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.1±0.2. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min.
Subculturing Samples require a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the penile bottle, and all of them are transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard sample stock solution.
