Biochemical ldentification Kit for Legionella pneumophila

Subculture	BCYE agar (Legionella agar) (English name: BCYE): ready-to-use type
Subculturing	Legionella pneumophila was cultured on a BCYE plate at 37 ℃, 5% CO2 for 48h. A thick layer of bacteria mud was grown on the plate, eluted with PBS, and the eluted bacteria solution was used as the standard inoculation solution. The standard inoculation solution was inoculated into glucose, lactose, maltose, nitrate, urea, gelatin and hippuric acid reagent respectively as required. After inoculation, it was placed in a 37 ℃, 5% CO2 incubator.
