Subculturing	When using, add 1mL of bacterial endotoxin test water to dissolve, mix evenly on the vortex mixer for at least 15 minutes, and obtain 1mL,90EU/mL endotoxin solution, and then dilute and prepare according to the required concentration. Each dilution operation shall be evenly mixed on the mixer for 30 seconds.
