Subculture Tryptone soybean medium (English name: TSA/TSB): tryptone 17.0g, soybean peptone 3.0g, sodium chloride 5.0g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2.5g, glucose 2.5g, agar 20.0g (without liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.3±0.2. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min.
Subculturing Take the TSA plate and directly select the yellow suspicious colonies to inoculate L-lysine decarboxylase broth (1), L-ornithine decarboxylase broth (2), L-arginine dihydrolase (3), amino acid decarboxylase control (4), simonite citrate (5), D-sorbitol (6), L-rhamnose (7), D-sucrose (8), D-honey sugar (9), amygdalin (10), oxidase test (11). Please refer to the GB4789.40-2016 standard judgment results. (After inoculation, put 30 ℃ (Simon's citrate 37 ℃, semi-plug) and culture for 24±2h. After inoculation, sterilized paraffin should be added to cover the liquid surface of the culture medium in the amino acid decarboxylase control tube)
